Empowering the next generation of changemakers—on stage and beyond
Each year, we honor exceptional teen volunteers whose contributions strengthen our community and enrich our productions. The Excellence in Service Promotion Award recognizes young people who demonstrate:
- Commitment to community service
- Growth in public speaking and leadership
- Responsibility, reliability, and follow-through
- Artistic engagement as actors, backstage contributors, or in our important hospitality roles
Whether mentoring peers, assisting with events, or stepping into the spotlight, these volunteers help us expand the range of stories we tell and the voices we uplift.
Annual Award Total: Up to $2,000
If multiple youth are selected, the total award will be divided among recipients, not to exceed $2,000. We announce the awardee(s) and deliver a check in April or May so the teen may use the funds for post-secondary education (although not a condition for consideration).
